What we believe
- A missed call is a lost job. The most valuable thing software can do for a trades business is answer the phone, every time, at any hour.
- Software should pay for itself. If LuminHive does not win back more work than it costs, it is not worth running. That is the bar we hold ourselves to.
- Say what is true. We would rather tell you we are not SOC 2 certified, or that an integration gets wired up during your onboarding, than imply otherwise and be found out on the first call. You will find both stated plainly on our security and integrations pages.
